All prices quoted in the catering contract and the amount of food that will be prepared for up to  60 guests Open Menu Orders.

Service Gratuity:
$150.00 and travel expenses.

Tax:
$64.50

Total:
$964.50 minimum guarantee plus any additional sales.

Food Cost to include: Choice from item off attached approved menu, plus all necessary napkins & utensils, set up and break down for up to  60 guests. Any meals ordered over the minimum guarantee will be charged the additional menu price of that meal.

Payment to be made directly to Charlie’s Smoke Wagon upon the conclusion of the event.

Drinks Included: (Drinks will be Coke, Big Red, Water, Sweet or Unsweet Tea).
